Entrants: Must be current Ole Miss students
Dates: Raffle begins on January 30th, ends on February 20th, and the winner will be announced on February 22nd

Campaign Duration: The campaign will be active from January 30th - February 25th
Frequency: The hashtag will only be counted once per individual, per account (For example: One individual can get credit for two applicable hashtags if they use the hashtag on their twitter account and their instagram account)
Content: The content may vary but the hashtag "#CSpire4Literacy" must be used for the post to be applicable for the fundraiser
